Hello and welcome, my name is John Power, I am a father, Navy veteran, and co-owner of Mystic Coyote Publishing LLC. I enjoy writing works of fantasy with elements of mystery and suspense. My favorite stories to write are ones that I can help someone get through personal struggles. While several of my current projects focus on military fiction and I try to keep the military lingo, methods, and life accurate. Some things are intentionally made up for storytelling or operation security purposes. Thank you for your interest in my work. If you are looking to publish a story, but don’t know where to start, we can help. We primarily focus on self publishing using Barnes and Noble Press. Services we can provide include: registering for a copyright, acquiring ISBN’s for your story so that you are able to sell you book wherever you like, initial review of your story (while we are new to this process and don’t have years of experience; we understand what things are working, or what isn’t, and can give you an idea of how well your story may be received by the general audience), grammar / spellcheck / repetition / simple descriptor (adverbs are the enemy) review, and simple image designs through krita.
